Booking Policy

  • התשלום יעשה קודם לתחילת הפעילות במקום ואין צורך בתשלום מראש בעת ההזמנה

  • לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה יש לוודא קבלת מייל על אישור ההזמנה, אם לא התקבל נא ליצור קשר בטלפון  03-7220010

  • יש לוודא הזנת מספר טלפון וכתובת אימייל תקינים בזמן ההזמנה ולהיות זמינים בטלפון לפחות 24 שעות לפני תחילת המשחק. אם לא יהיה מענה עד ל-24 שעות לפני תחילת המשחק לצורך אישור הגעה, הזמנתכם עלולה להתבטל.

  • הזמנה מותנית בהשארת פרטי כרטיס אשראי כפיקדון למשחק. הזמנה ללא פיקדון עלולה להתבטל

  • לצורך השלמת ההזמנה יידרש הלקוח ליצור קשר עם שירות הלקוחות של החברה לצורך הסדרת אישור חברת האשראי לביצוע ההזמנה.

  • יש להגיע 10 דקות לפני תחילת המשחק. זכרו כי יש אחריכם קבוצות נוספות.

The game is played in complete darkness, so several rules must be followed:

  • Please arrive in comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing (it is not recommended to arrive in a short skirt).

  • The game is not recommended for pregnant women or people with mobility disabilities.

  • You must wear protective equipment that will be distributed by the team.

  • Move carefully and without sudden movements.

  • The playing area will feature ups and downs, objects and various obstacles. No running or jumping!

  • You must obey the operator's instructions and act according to his guidelines.

  • No personal items or accessories may be brought into the playing area.

  • The operator may prohibit participation in the game at its discretion in the event of inappropriate behavior.

  • If you have any disability or illness, you must report this to the operator.

Procedures and rules of conduct in the complex

  • Entry to the game is only allowed from the age of 8. Children aged 8-12 will only be allowed to enter if accompanied by an adult.

  • The venue is filmed, documented, and recorded throughout the game by cameras and is monitored by the room operator.

  • The room operator's instructions must be followed before, during, and after the game.

  • You can stop the game at any time without giving any explanation, but you will be required to pay full price for the game.

  • Pets, cell phones, watches, computers, tablets, cameras, gadgets, or any other electronic equipment are not allowed in the room. All of the above must be left outside the room, in the designated storage compartments, so that you can enjoy the gaming experience perfectly and without interruption.

  • It is prohibited to take still photos and/or video in the room during the game.

  • Alcohol and/or drugs and/or food and/or drinks and/or weapons and/or tools are not allowed in the room.

  • Alcohol consumption is the sole responsibility of the customer. The operator may not allow customers under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs to play or terminate the game.

  • It is forbidden to break and/or destroy and/or tear out and/or damage the structure and the objects in it. During the game, there is no need to use physical force. If the operator sees that unreasonable physical force is being used or there is any damage to the equipment/objects in the room and/or the structure, the game will be stopped immediately and no refund will be given. In addition, you will be required to pay compensation for the damage caused.

Cancellation policy

  • הלקוח רשאי לבטל הזמנתו

  • ביטול משחק ייעשה דרך שירות הלקוחות של החברה במספר 03-7220010 או שליחת הודעה בכתב לכתובת הדוא"ל: machboim.tlv@gmail.com

  • דחייה של מועד ההזמנה רגילה יעשה עד 24 שעות לפני מועד ההזמנה ללא כל עלות ועד 3 פעמים. תאריך ההזמנה החדש יקבע עד 6 חודשים ממועד ההזמנה המבוטל.

  • ביטול הזמנה 48 שעות לפני המועד שהוזמן - ללא דמי ביטול.

  • ביטול הזמנה עד 24 שעות לפני מועד הפעילות - יחוייב כ.אשראי ב-100 ש"ח דמי ביטול.

  • ביטול הזמנה פחות מ- 24 שעות לפני המועד שהוזמן - יחוייב כ. אשראי ב-360 ש"ח (הזמנה המינימלית לחדר) דמי ביטול.

    ביטול אירוע

​אירוע - הזמנת משחק + חדר אירוח לשעתיים ויותר.​

  • ביטול הזמנה 14 ימים לפני המועד שהוזמן - ללא דמי ביטול

  • ביטול הזמנה עד 7 ימים לפני מועד הפעילות - יחוייב כ.אשראי ב-360 ש"ח דמי ביטול.

  • ביטול הזמנה פחות מ- 3 ימים לפני המועד שהוזמן - יחוייב כ. אשראי ב-720 ש"ח (הזמנה המינימלית לחדר לשעתיים) דמי ביטול.

  • דחייה של מועד האירוע ייחשב כביטול ההזמנה.

  • במידה והוזמנו שירותים נוספים לאירוע (כיבוד, שתיה וכד') יתכן ונחייב את הכרטיס עבור הוצאות אחרות.​

    החברה רשאית לבטל הזמנה:

  • באם נפלה בהזמנה טעות כלשהי.

  • במידה ויתברר כי ההזמנה בוצעה שלא על פי תקנון זה או הייתה כרוכה בפעילות בלתי חוקית של הלקוח ו/או צד ג' כלשהו.

  • עקב תקלה טכנית או נעקב סיבות שאינן בשליטת החברה או באחריותה.

  • אודות ביטול ההזמנה תמסר ללקוח הודעה בטלפון ו/או בכתב לכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני אותה ציין בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.

  • The Company shall be entitled to use images and/or any other material in which the participants appear. The Company shall be entitled to produce digital materials before and/or during and/or after the game for any purpose, at its sole discretion and at any time, all subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the law.

  • The customer confirms receipt of advertising material by email or SMS from the company and is aware that he may request removal from the mailing list at any time.

  • The information collected may be stored in various management systems, including external services such as Google Calendar, for the purpose of coordinating meetings and providing service. The data is stored solely for coordination purposes and is not transferred to other parties beyond the required operational services.
