If your team does not show up for the game without a warning or cancellation notice of at least 24 hours before the game date, we will be forced to charge a "cancellation fee" of 360 NIS. The game you are booking may contain hidden (narrow) passages and is not accessible to strollers, wheelchairs, people with mobility disabilities (and possibly other disabilities) due to the nature of the game. We will be happy to provide detailed information over the phone regarding the obstacles in the room and consider with you whether it is still possible to make adjustments or special arrangements in advance to allow play for groups of people with disabilities.
